Senior Windows System Administrator

Main responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with customers over the phone or email.
  • Resolving different variety of technical issues regarding Microsoft Windows platform.
  • Following procedures especially when managing AD accounts, Exchange Mailboxes etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining Windows / Active Directory / MSSQL / MySQL Servers;
  • Responsible for the maintenance of Firewalls;
  • Responsible for the support of FTP and SSH servers; Mail Server
  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance and normal operation of hardware and software;
  • System check of the work of the servers;
  • Backup and backup;
  • Performing maintenance and updating of systems and software;
  • Providing security and protection of information;
  • Supports Access Control Systems, CCTV, VoIP, Backup System, Email, Active Directory, File Servers;

Network Administrator

Main responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with customers over the phone or email.
  • Maintaining the monitoring and configuration backup software (SolarWinds).
  • Keeping track of IP sheets and following guidelines and procedures when configuring new clients.
  • Tier 2 IP support for customer incidents and long-term problems
  • Owns incidents, resolves them swiftly and drives through to final fix, working with customers and other internal and external teams as appropriate.
  • Working on broad range of IP services and products: L2 and L3 VPN, WAN optimization, SDWAN, etc.
  • Uses detailed understanding of operational capabilities to support operations acceptance of new infrastructure and non-standard bids.
  • Pro-active problem management based on technical and trend analysis to ensure service stability and preventative action taken where possible
  • Configuration of network elements and migration of services
  • Ensure operational processes are followed and deliver best-in-class technical support while maintaining a stable and resilient network

From the applicants we are expecting:

  • 2+ years of experience in the same or similar position.

  • Knowledge in the following L2/L3 technologies - VLANs, STP, HSRP, IPsec VPNs, QoS and TCP/IP stack.

IP

  • Good and demonstrable experience of IP, MPLS and routing knowledge (BGP, OSPF) in an ISP and enterprise environment

  • Qualification: CCNP /JNCIS or equivalent knowledge
